Adrian wanted a modern and visual website with a rough touch. He needed a visual website that had enough room to show off his own footage and portfolio items. He also wanted to be able to easily add and edit the website himself.
This is one of my concept projects, where I want to show my clients what I can do for them. That means that this website wasn’t created by a request, but just with imagination. I hope you like it.
My goal with this project was to show my potential clients how a personal blog can look. I took the most common features of a personal blog and created my own design. I paid close attention to details and made sure that all the colours, fonts and backgrounds matched each other.
The blog ended up with a image header on every page. This sets the tone before the visitor starts reading. On the Home you can see 3 featured posts, an email subscribe form, recent blogposts and a sidebar. The sidebar is perfect place for a personal introduction and showing other products, posts etc. Every page has a footer which is connected to an Instagram profile (which automatically updates).
On this blog you can easily create category pages which only display blogposts within a certain category.
On the bottom of every blogpost you have a few features that make people interact with the blog even more.

Annemarie’s first website was old, not secure, not viewable on mobile and very hard to make changes to. She needed to go into the code files herself to change the text on the website, so this needed to change. We also took this opportunity to redesign the website and give it a clean and relaxing look.
