The goal of the website was to create a place where job seekers could get all the information they needed in order to get a job. Questions as: “How do I present myself to a company?” or “How much should I get paid?” should be answered on this website.

The client
This is one of my concept projects, where I want to show my clients what I can do for them. That means that this website wasn’t created by a request, but just with imagination. I hope you like it.
The goal
My goal with this project was to show my potential clients how a personal blog can look. I took the most common features of a personal blog and created my own design. I paid close attention to details and made sure that all the colours, fonts and backgrounds matched each other.

Project
Result
The blog ended up with a image header on every page. This sets the tone before the visitor starts reading. On the Home you can see 3 featured posts, an email subscribe form, recent blogposts and a sidebar. The sidebar is perfect place for a personal introduction and showing other products, posts etc. Every page has a footer which is connected to an Instagram profile (which automatically updates).
Category pages
On this blog you can easily create category pages which only display blogposts within a certain category.

Blogpost bottom
On the bottom of every blogpost you have a few features that make people interact with the blog even more.

The old website had missing pages, an old design and old content. Peter wanted something fresh that could last for a few years. More visuals and less text. Because in what other way can you capture the beauty of Africa better than in pictures?
